Freshbooks is competitively priced and provies four plans sorted by tier based on the number of clients you work with. If you buy Freshbooks with an annual subscription rather than paying once a month, you can save 10 percent. You may also take advantage of the 30-day free trial to try all the features before subscribing.

Here are the details on Freshbooks plans on pricing:

The lite plan costs 15 dollars per month and allows you to bill up to 5 clients. You may connect the software to your bank account and accept invoice payments online.

The Plus Plan costs 25 dollars per month and allows you to bill up to 50 clients.

The premium plan costs 50 dollars per month and allows you to have unlimited billable clients. This plan is identical to the plus plan but supports a large customer base.

The select plan is for businesses that bill at least 150,000 dollars annually or have more than 500 customers. Additional users cost 10dollars per month each, including business partners, contractors, and employees you add to your account.

Freshbook payments allow you to accept payments online cots 2.9 percent plus 30 cents per transaction. Alternatively, you may connect your Stripe account to the system. Advance payments cost 20 dollars per month plus 3.5 and 30 cents per transaction. These additional services provide you with a virtual terminal that allows you to accept payments by phone and in person.

You can create a detailed quote that includes an overview scope of work timing and prices. Freshbooks will automatically turn the estimate into a project and the project into an invoice as soon as it is approved. Customers can view comments and approve everything on the FreshBooks platform. You can create an offer and send it from your smartphone as quickly as from your desktop.
